Energy Hub subscriptions
To use Energy Hub, you must subscribe to a feature plan, which determines the available features. There are two subscription tiers: Essential and Advanced. Subscriptions can be for one or three years.
The subscription price is based on the number of devices connected to your Energy Hub system. The cost per device varies by plan type and subscription term. Generally, plans with more features cost more per device, and shorter terms have higher costs than longer terms.
TIP: To avoid delays, purchase your subscription ahead of commissioning. You can buy it anytime through the Energy Hub web app using a credit card.

NOTE: Only one feature plan can be active at any time for your Energy Hub system. You can combine add-on features with a plan, but you cannot combine different feature plans.
Plans
Energy Hub Essential
This plan helps with energy code compliance and basic energy awareness. It aids in understanding energy usage, identifying waste, setting targets, receiving alarms for abnormal consumption, and tracking improvements.
Energy Hub Advanced
This plan offers advanced energy, power, and electrical asset management. It includes everything in Essential plus energy usage control, power monitoring, electrical alarms, asset management (including circuit breaker trip alarms and diagnostics), electrical panel overheating monitoring and alerts, and a digital electrical one-line diagram.
Energy Hub Standalone Data-as-a-service (DaaS)

The following table shows the number of credits required for different device types:

You need at least one device credit to buy an Energy Hub feature plan subscription. There is no set limit on the number of devices in an organization, but system performance for data displays and dashboards may vary based on the amount of data being loaded. There is no set limit on the number of users in an organization.

The DaaS feature plan and add-on provide access to the Energy Hub data application programming interface (API). The DaaS feature plan allows data access via the API, but not through the Energy Hub web and mobile applications. With the DaaS feature plan, the web application can only be used for system configuration. The DaaS add-on can be added to a regular feature plan, granting data access to the API along with access to the web and mobile apps.

Adding device credits to an offline subscription
When you add device credits to an offline subscription, these credits have their own renewal date based on the date when the credits were added. This renewal date is independent of the original feature plan renewal date. You must renew additional device credits before they expire. This is different from online subscriptions, where additional device credits are automatically renewed as part of the feature plan renewal. If device credits expire, they can no longer be used for devices in your Energy Hub system. Energy Hub will inform you if you do not have enough device credits and remind you to add additional credits.
